Role Overview
We are partnering with a boutique family office that requires an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to ownership and oversee daily office operations. This position demands high-level administrative, project, and operational assistance within a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere, acting as a pivotal connection between internal teams, external collaborators, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the executive team’s calendars and daily activities efficiently.
- Prepare all necessary meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation for senior leadership.
- Handle email correspondence and documentation requests on behalf of executives promptly and professionally.
- Create and edit executive presentations, slides, meeting notes, and other high-level documents.
- Ensure seamless communication and operation of the office environment.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar corporate administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications along with comfort working in an Apple/Mac environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated skills in coordination, logistics, and thorough follow-through.
