Role overview
Corient is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and strategic support to the CTO and Head of Client Operations. This role is designed for someone who can act as a dependable extension of the executive office, helping leaders stay organized, informed, and effective while operating in a fast-moving global environment.

Executive support and operations
- Deliver high-level administrative and strategic assistance as a trusted partner to the executive office.
- Handle complex calendars that change often, spanning multiple time zones and coordinating leadership meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
- Create meeting briefings, agendas, speaking points, and follow-up items for internal and external discussions.
- Review and route incoming messages so requests are answered promptly or passed to the right person.
Global coordination
- Act as the main coordination point for the CTO and Head of Client Operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Work with international teams to align schedules, arrange leadership offsites, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee global travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, logistics, and expense submissions, while staying within company travel rules.
Project and communication support
- Support executive initiatives and special projects for the CTO and Head of Client Operations, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations stay aligned.
- Help prepare executive presentations, technology updates, and board-level documentation.
- Manage sensitive information carefully and maintain a high level of discretion at all times.
Operational excellence
- Improve workflows and systems to make the CTO office and Client Operations leadership support model more efficient.
- Handle vendor and partner communications, agreements, and operational coordination where required.
- Anticipate needs, spot gaps, and take initiative to improve the productivity and effectiveness of both executives.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite executives or senior enterprise leaders.
- Background in a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Strong command of calendar management, executive communication, and international coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a polished executive presence.
- Advanced skill with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest integrity.
- Willingness to work onsite in Austin, Texas with flexibility for extended hours across time zones.
Preferred background
- Experience supporting a CTO, CIO, or other senior leaders in a technology-focused setting.
- Project management experience or related formal training.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Comfort using emerging technologies and digital collaboration platforms.

Physical requirements
This role is based in an office environment and may involve sitting for long periods and working at a computer for extended stretches. Corient will consider reasonable accommodations where possible for individuals with disabilities so they can perform essential duties.
The position may also require lifting up to 15 pounds.
The role requires onsite attendance 4 days per week.
U.S. eligibility requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. positions, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents, with exceptions considered only when there is a shortage of qualified candidates with a specific skill set. Proof of work authorization will be required.
- Corient uses E-Verify and submits Form I-9 information to confirm work authorization. If verification cannot be completed immediately, the employer will provide instructions and an opportunity to contact DHS or SSA before taking action, including termination.
- The selected candidate must be willing to sign Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which includes post-employment obligations related to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.
