About the role
We are seeking a well-organised, proactive, and people-focused Operations & Talent Executive to support a fast-growing team. This position blends recruitment, manpower operations, promoter coordination, campaign execution, and event delivery, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people and performing well in a fast-moving environment.
If you like organising projects, handling team coordination, solving problems as they arise, and helping events run smoothly, this role will be a great match.
About half of the role is centered on talent hiring and manpower coordination, while the other half involves event operations, promoter management, campaign support, and client-facing execution. It is a hands-on position rather than a purely office-based recruitment role.
What you'll do
- Help source and recruit event crew, promoters, brand ambassadors, and other talent.
- Manage onboarding steps, registrations, and manpower-related documentation.
- Support manpower scheduling and deployment planning.
- Assist with pre-event preparation, team briefings, and logistics coordination.
- Contribute to on-site event operations and manpower supervision.
- Coordinate promoter deployment for retail activations, roadshows, and campaign activities.
- Track promoter attendance, timeliness, and submission of reports.
- Support campaign progress checks and KPI monitoring.
- Prepare attendance logs, payroll submissions, claims, and reimbursement documentation.
- Keep project files and operational records updated and organised.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
