Event Production Executive

Role Overview

Join Destiny Group Entertainers Pvt. Ltd., a veteran event management company based in Gujarat with over 40 years of experience in diverse event domains such as cultural, entertainment, sports, corporate, weddings, exhibitions, and large-scale public events. We are seeking an experienced Event Production Executive to manage and oversee event production operations from inception through delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to event production to guarantee smooth and timely event execution.
• Supervise logistics, budgeting, and team management aspects within event operations.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative event concepts and designs.
• Establish deadlines, track progress, and ensure tasks and projects are finalized within stipulated timeframes.
• Mentor and support junior team members by sharing best practices in event production processes.

Candidate Profile

• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating within a team setup.
• Possesses between 2 to 5 years of experience in live event management or related fields, especially handling audio visual equipment operations.
• Solid knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining audio visual equipment.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise successfully with internal stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Location: Surat, India.
• Eligibility: Open to any graduate.
• Annual salary range: INR 150000 to 300000.
