Key Responsibilities

• Assuming accountability for resolving critical enterprise billing disputes involving high-value accounts.
• Interpreting bespoke enterprise contracts and negotiated pricing arrangements accurately.
• Applying comprehensive knowledge of the entire quote-to-cash process flow.
• Utilizing advanced FinOps capabilities to manage complex multi-account environments.
• Ensuring stringent compliance with financial governance and approval protocols.
• Communicating effectively with executives at customer organizations.
• Conducting in-depth billing investigations and identifying potential risks proactively.
• Handling exposure related to million-dollar accounts responsibly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology complemented by an MBA in Finance.
• Certification as a FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP).
• Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Billing, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations.
• Proficient in CEFR B2-level communication skills.
• Familiarity with extensive enterprise ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with sophisticated Google Cloud Platform billing setups.
