Role Overview

Based in Beenleigh, Queensland, this position involves assisting participants enrolled in the Workforce Australia program to overcome employment obstacles and successfully enter the workforce. The role requires managing a large caseload of job seekers, engaging actively with those ready for work to create sustainable employment connections including employer outreach, identifying barriers to readiness, equipping participants with necessary tools and supports, and applying problem-solving and resilience to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial caseload of job seekers effectively.
  • Engage actively with 'work ready' candidates to facilitate sustainable employment, including reverse marketing to potential employers.
  • Identify and resolve barriers preventing job readiness.
  • Empower participants by providing necessary tools and confidence for workforce entry.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and maintain resilience to maximize employment success.
