Electrical Technician - Home Automation

About the Role

We seek an experienced Electrical Technician specialized in home automation products to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting, installing, and selling smart home and IoT-based solutions while representing our cutting-edge products in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements for home automation systems and solutions.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and assistance for home automation products.
• Carry out product installation efficiently and correctly at customer sites.
• Promote and sell innovative home automation products effectively in the Chennai market.
• Manage and nurture positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year proven experience in sales of home automation products.
• Good knowledge of smart home technologies and IoT-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management.
• Must reside in Chennai or be open to relocation.

Additional Information

• Experience required: minimum 2 years in home automation product support and installation.
• Salary range: INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month.
