Role Overview

The Educational Consultant position is a full-time role based in Brisbane, Queensland, requiring on-site presence. This role focuses on advising prospective students about appropriate education pathways, suitable courses, and institutions within Australia and abroad. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, clarifying admission criteria and visa-related educational requirements, assisting with application preparation, and managing timelines.

Key Duties

• Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients to understand educational goals.
• Address student inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records using internal CRM systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with migration agents and educational institutions.
• Stay informed on current education policies and admission standards.
• Deliver presentations and participate in seminars or information sessions to inform potential students.
• Promote a positive and client-oriented office environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in educational consulting and student advisory services.
• Expertise in assessing individual needs and recommending tailored education pathways.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and building rapport.
• Strong customer service orientation to assist and support diverse client backgrounds effectively.
• Prior experience in international education, student recruitment, or migration services is desirable.
• Familiarity with the Australian education system and admission processes is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and utilize CRM tools efficiently.
• Educational background such as a diploma or degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related disciplines is advantageous.
