Education Lead

Role Overview

The Economic Society seeks to appoint an Education Lead to spearhead its Education Department. This position demands not only delivering online economics courses but also collaborating closely with the Managing Director to overhaul the Education Department's structure, portfolio, and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum plans for economics-related courses.
• Provide intellectual leadership and academic guidance within the department.
• Work alongside the Managing Director to reorganize and strengthen the Education Department and its offerings.
• Report directly to the TES Managing Director.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a PhD in economics or a closely related discipline.
• Substantial teaching experience and relevant qualifications at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• A solid publication record in respected academic journals is considered a plus.
