Join TalentPop App as an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist and be a key player in transforming how e-commerce brands engage with customers. This role focuses on guiding customers through their purchasing journey, assisting with abandoned cart recoveries, and recommending products tailored to customer preferences to boost engagement, retention, and sales.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage customers through multiple communication channels including chat, email, phone, and SMS, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and returns while ensuring a sales-focused and positive interaction.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, product bundling, and subscription recovery to enhance conversion rates and customer loyalty.
- Work on recovering lost sales through abandoned cart follow-ups, winbacks, and post-purchase engagement initiatives to maximize overall revenue.
- Handle order-related issues promptly and accurately, resolving concerns to maintain a superior customer experience.
- Consistently represent the brand’s voice, identity, and values in every customer interaction to maintain a high-quality, uniform brand experience.
- Gather and report customer interaction insights and sales trends to internal teams to support optimization of sales efforts and customer engagement strategies.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in remote or online sales and customer service roles.
- Previous involvement in e-commerce settings, with comfort in upselling, cross-selling, subscription renewals, abandoned cart support, or post-purchase assistance.
- Strong, persuasive communication skills coupled with proven ability to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Experience in customer service via phone, email, or chat; e-commerce sales background is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM systems, or customer engagement tools is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic remote work environment.
Technical and Workspace Requirements
- Possession of a personal computer or laptop equipped with at least an Intel i5 processor.
- Reliable internet connection providing a minimum of 25 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
