E-commerce Operations Manager

Role Overview

The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the online store in Abu Dhabi. This includes ensuring accurate product listings, coordinating inventory, processing orders efficiently, and guaranteeing timely order fulfillment. The role operates on a part-time, hybrid basis, offering flexibility between on-site presence in Abu Dhabi and remote work depending on business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee website performance and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Liaise with logistics, customer support, and marketing teams to quickly address operational challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in operational aspects of promotional campaign planning.
• Conduct fundamental data analysis to support decision-making and operations.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, particularly in order management, inventory coordination, and fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools such as CMS, order management systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret operational data and recommend workflow improvements.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination.
• Adaptability to hybrid working models with the ability to balance on-site and remote duties.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or related sectors is favored.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred.
