E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive responsible for managing daily activities related to our online store and marketplaces such as Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, among other sales platforms. This position encompasses overseeing the entire order lifecycle including receiving, processing, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, inventory coordination, and troubleshooting operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order management using the Zid Dashboard to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment readiness.
• Manage the complete order flow from receipt through picking, packing, shipping, and successful delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfillment steps with the warehouse, monitoring pending or delayed orders and promptly addressing any issues such as missing items, incorrect orders, cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
• Conduct daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Trendyol, and other platforms, ensuring orders are handled per respective platform service levels and statuses are kept updated.
• Monitor and resolve marketplace-related cancellations, returns, delays, and fulfillment difficulties while aligning inventory availability across all channels.
• Manage inventory coordination by monitoring stock levels, facilitating stock transfers and replenishments between warehouses and branches, and addressing discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Handle shipping operations including coordination with courier and logistics partners to assign orders, track Air Waybills (AWB), monitor shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Provide daily operational reporting covering order fulfillment metrics, delays, cancellations, returns, and error identification, proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, order processing, inventory control, or related fields.
• Practical experience in managing order processing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics operations is essential.
• Prior experience working with Zid platform is strongly preferred, alongside familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment procedures, inventory controls, SKU management, barcode usage, stock synchronization, and transfers.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing high order volumes and cross-team coordination.
