E-commerce Executive

Role overview

RIGID Industries is seeking a performance-driven E-commerce Executive to oversee marketplace operations for its UAE business, with a primary focus on Amazon and Noon. This role is based in Jaipur and involves close coordination with the UAE team. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in improving marketplace performance through product optimization, catalog management, advertising support, and sales enhancement.

Core responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day marketplace operations for Amazon UAE and Noon.
• Create and maintain product listings, build catalogs, manage variants, and update existing listings as needed.
• Monitor and maintain listing quality, policy compliance, and overall catalog health.
• Track and process purchase orders coming from marketplace portals and work with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Skills and experience needed

• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Prior exposure to Noon marketplace operations is preferred.
• Understanding of marketplace ranking systems, algorithms, and the factors that influence visibility.
• Knowledge of product optimization and marketplace SEO practices.
• Ability to launch new products and support scale-up efforts.
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising and promotional features.
• Capability to improve the performance of slow-moving and non-moving products.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Experience preference

Applicants with 2 to 5 years of marketplace management experience are preferred. Experience handling UAE marketplaces such as Amazon.ae and Noon will be considered an advantage. Background in Furniture, Home & Living, or Consumer Goods categories is also preferred.

Compensation

The offered salary is between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000 per month.
