Role Overview
This position is for a Deputy Manager in Product Costing based in Rajkot. The role focuses on evaluating part-level costs, developing should-cost and zero-based cost models, and improving material cost competitiveness for new project components.
Core Responsibilities
- Build should-cost and zero-based cost estimates for parts and components.
- Assess part pricing and cost inputs using SORs, drawings, and established costing guidelines across sub-systems.
- Support efforts to strengthen material cost competitiveness for new project parts.
- Contribute to product cost analysis and cost breakdown understanding.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a BE/B.Tech degree and bring 5 to 10 years of experience in product costing, preferably from a manufacturing environment.
Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.
