Job Summary

Take charge of daily operations as a Duty Manager at LKQ UK & Ireland where teamwork and efficiency are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate warehouse personnel to sustain high performance and engagement.
• Supervise inventory management to guarantee stock accuracy and availability.
• Enforce health and safety compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to sustain prompt and efficient logistics operations.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming shipments and ensure appropriate stock storage and organization.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces optimizing safety and operational flow.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for task tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate with branch and area management to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
