Job Overview

As a Duty Engineer at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will be essential in maintaining the hotel's infrastructure to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Respond swiftly to engineering service requests, minimizing guest disruption through quick resolutions.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace complying with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive and supportive team atmosphere, recognizing and valuing team members’ contributions.

Additional Support Functions

• Assist in regular testing of fire prevention systems to maintain hotel safety standards.

• Maintain compliance with security and safety laws, staying alert to local regulations and risk protocols.
• Support leadership development through continuous learning initiatives.
