Job Role Overview

We are currently looking for committed Doctors and Nurses for full-time, on-site roles at our Doha facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, evaluating and managing health conditions, collaborating with various healthcare professionals, meticulously maintaining medical records, and ensuring adherence to all healthcare guidelines and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding care to patients and manage their health effectively
• Carry out thorough patient assessments and provide accurate diagnoses
• Develop treatment plans and respond proficiently to emergency situations
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain precise and up-to-date medical documentation and records
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies

Qualification Requirements

• Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency response
• Ability to manage healthcare documentation with precision and efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues
• Capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced onsite care setting focused on patient-centered service
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards
• Possession of relevant degrees and certifications in medicine or nursing; preferably licensed to practice in Qatar
• Experience in clinical or hospital environments is advantageous
