Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high-quality customer service to all clients.
• Collaborate closely with Optometrists to ensure seamless patient handovers.
• Handle aftersales support, including managing complaints and resolving issues in a proactive, customer-focused manner.
• Support individual and team sales objectives by employing effective professional sales strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with CORU.
• Previous practical experience working as an optician is essential.
• Strong clinical judgment combined with a willingness to take a hands-on approach.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer care and building strong team rapport.
• Interest in personal and professional growth, with potential progression into leadership roles supported by ILM courses, pre-registration supervision, and Specsavers Partnership Pathways.
