Role Overview

The Director of Operations position demands full-time commitment to managing the day-to-day activities of the telehealth clinic, ensuring a smooth and exceptional virtual experience for both clients and staff. Responsibilities involve managing operational workflows in digital environments, overseeing administrative and clinical support teams working remotely or in hybrid settings, and coordinating schedules, resources, and processes to optimize efficiency and consistency. The role requires ongoing tracking of key performance indicators, driving operational improvements in telehealth service delivery, and ensuring compliance with clinical, legal, and quality standards specific to telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead telehealth clinic operations and workflow management across digital platforms.
• Supervise remote and hybrid administrative and clinical support teams.
• Coordinate virtual scheduling and resource allocation to maintain operational fluidity.
• Implement performance monitoring and operational enhancements to improve telehealth services.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, including telehealth-specific licensing and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects related to growth and service optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships, including telehealth software providers, pharmacies, and technology partners.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and financial management to promote sustainable operations.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for a distributed workforce.
• Communicate effectively with medical and wellness staff to align operations with organizational mission.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven leadership experience within telehealth, virtual clinics, healthcare, or wellness center operations including process optimization.
• Strong team management capabilities for remote and hybrid teams, fostering a collaborative, client-oriented culture.
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight in a telehealth context.
• Proficient in designing workflows and managing virtual care scheduling across multiple time zones using software such as EHR, telehealth video platforms, and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA, telehealth regulations, interstate prescribing laws, and quality policies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills focused on enhancing client experience online.
• Experience or familiarity with men’s health, wellness, concierge medicine, or luxury healthcare services is highly desirable.
