This is a senior leadership opportunity for a marketing operations and analytics expert in the United States. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to shape and put into practice data-led marketing strategies, including KPI structures, scorecards, and predictive analytics efforts.
- Own marketing operations and analytics activities so reporting remains accurate, scalable, and genuinely useful across all programs.
- Build alignment across marketing, sales, product, and data teams to improve transparency, consistency, and decision-making.
- Track marketing performance closely, ensuring campaign results, budget use, and ROI are visible against goals.
- Create and apply data governance methods so marketing data stays high-quality, compliant, and dependable across systems and tools.
- Serve as an operational connector who clears blockers and improves communication to speed up delivery.
- Improve marketing workflows and processes to raise efficiency, scale smoothly, and stay agile without adding unnecessary complexity.
- Lead and support the Marketing Operations function, including campaign execution support, MarTech improvement, and reporting systems.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations backed by data to help senior leaders make stronger strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, strategy, or a related discipline in fast-moving, data-heavy environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related area; an MBA is preferred.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional programs, ideally in high-growth or consulting settings.
- Proven ability to design and maintain complex marketing systems built around KPIs and performance reporting.
- Practical experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, including campaign execution and CRM connectivity.
- Strong command of analytics and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to turn complex datasets into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning teams across functions.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation work.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
