Key Responsibilities

• Offer proactive assistance to institutional sales teams in managing relationships with External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their clients.
• Act as the main contact point for daily client service requests and inquiries from EAMs.
• Maintain consistent communication with EAM representatives to resolve operational and administrative issues promptly.
• Facilitate client meetings, perform platform demonstrations, and handle follow-ups on action items.
• Coordinate account openings, client onboarding, and periodic reviews for EAM-managed accounts.
• Examine account documents for completeness and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Onboarding teams to secure timely account approval.
• Track onboarding process and update both institutional sales personnel and EAMs accordingly.
• Support investment transactions including trading, foreign exchange, cash transfers, securities subscriptions and redemptions, and corporate action instructions ensuring precise execution and booking.
• Monitor pending transactions and liaise with stakeholders to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Assist with trade settlements and troubleshoot transaction-related discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in management systems.
• Participate in process enhancement and service improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at adding value to institutional business functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience servicing EAMs within brokerage firms or private banking environments.
• Preferred knowledge of EAM operations and fintech platforms.

Technical Expertise and Competencies

• Strong understanding of wealth management instruments including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, foreign exchange, and discretionary portfolio management.
• Excellent client service and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
