Role overview
We are seeking a senior business leader to head the THV business unit for a leading multinational medical device company in Mumbai. This position carries complete ownership of the business unit’s profit and loss and requires driving growth across sales, marketing, and strategic planning in the cardiovascular device space.
What you will do
- Take overall responsibility for the THV business unit’s performance and P&L outcomes.
- Shape and execute sales, marketing, and business strategy for the segment.
- Lead, guide, and manage teams to support business growth and execution.
- Strengthen the company’s footprint in cardiovascular medical devices.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should hold a Graduate or MBA degree and bring more than 10 years of experience in sales leadership. A minimum of 5 years in P&L ownership and team management is required. Strong experience in medical devices is essential, and prior exposure to cardiovascular or implantable devices will be considered an advantage.
