Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist based in Riyadh to enhance and maintain the company's digital and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other applicable platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content schedules to ensure consistent engagement.
• Create, write, plan, and publish captivating content that aligns with the company’s branding and core services.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce graphics, videos, project highlights, and promotional materials.
• Highlight and promote the company’s engineering projects, services, accomplishments, and corporate events.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns through Google Ads as well as paid social media campaigns when necessary.
• Track campaign outcomes, including lead generation, engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Generate monthly reports analyzing digital marketing and social media performance.
• Assist in SEO efforts and enhance website content for better optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate branding across all digital platforms.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to translate technical information into clear and effective marketing content.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads and managing social media advertising.
• Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
• Ability to analyze marketing campaigns and compile performance reports.
• Excellent command of Arabic and good proficiency in English communication.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in engineering consultancy, construction, real estate, or professional services sectors is preferred.
• Submission of a portfolio or examples showcasing past digital marketing and social media projects is highly valued.
