Ceramics and Beyond is seeking a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Manager to enhance and expand its digital footprint. This role focuses on crafting visually appealing content and leveraging social media platforms, primarily Instagram, to engage audiences and drive customer interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate visually compelling content tailored for Instagram and other social media channels.
• Identify charming design elements, spaces, and stories within showrooms, factories, and ongoing projects to create captivating Reels, posts, and stories.
• Strategically plan content in alignment with current trends, bringing innovation and freshness to the social media presence.
• Conduct on-site content shoots across various company locations including showrooms and project sites.
• Generate content aimed at boosting follower reach, engagement, and fostering customer inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine and optimize content delivery.

• A keen eye for interior design, aesthetics, and narrative storytelling.
• Proactive, creative, and brimming with novel ideas.
• Comprehensive understanding of Instagram's features, especially Reels, and expertise in crafting content that drives conversion.
• A passion for beautiful spaces coupled with the ability to make them stand out effectively.

Compensation and Work Details

The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000. This is an onsite position located in Delhi-NCR.
