Role overview

The company is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for its Peddapalli location. This position focuses on day-to-day technical support for desktop and laptop environments, printers, and Active Directory-related tasks, along with help in account administration and device setup.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows desktop and laptop users, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across end-user devices.
• Work on Outlook O365-related issues, antivirus tools, encryption, and DNS/domain concerns.
• Install, set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software assets.
• Assist with user account management and related directory services tasks.
• Support printers and ensure smooth functioning of office endpoint systems.

Eligibility

Candidates with the following educational backgrounds may apply: B.Com in Computer Application or Computer Science, B.B.A./B.M.S. in Computer Application, B.A. in Computer Science, B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, or B.C.A. in any specialization.
