The operating setup involves a U.S. producer team supported by an India-based back-office team that handles the policy journey from quotation to renewal.
Role Overview
The Deputy Operations Manager will support CRM strategy and day-to-day operations for the team, while also helping maintain service quality, team performance, and process discipline across the insurance back office.
Key Responsibilities
The role combines team supervision, CRM execution, data quality checks, reporting, customer support process improvement, and coordination with other internal functions.
- Support the planning and rollout of CRM initiatives designed to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Oversee the CRM operations team so daily work such as data entry, customer follow-ups, and reporting runs smoothly.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy by carrying out periodic audits and following strong data-entry practices.
- Review customer support workflows and help strengthen the overall service experience.
- Prepare CRM performance reports, analyze the results, and share insights that support better decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to keep CRM operations aligned with business goals.
- Look for ways to improve CRM tools, workflows, and operating processes to raise efficiency.
- Coach and train team members, helping them build skills and comply with company policies and procedures.
