Position Summary

As a Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate with a motivated, creative team comprising Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market experts, Product Engineers, and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, an enterprise AI platform. Your role is to synthesize disparate ideas into coherent insights identifying critical customer challenges, workflow structures, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic clients to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and identify pain points, particularly related to AI-powered customer and operational workflows.
• Lead flagship deals end-to-end—from scoping use cases, negotiating commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing and licenses), to deal closure.
• Act as a trusted partner embedded with strategic customers, spending significant onsite time and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Discover high-value use cases by deeply understanding customer problems and collaborate closely with software engineers to develop solutions.
• Provide advisory on best practices for deploying products such as ElevenAgents, including agent architecture, orchestration, and readiness to ensure successful adoption and impact.
• Identify and scope potential applications in new industries and expand AI solution reach globally.
• Communicate project results and future proposals effectively to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite leaders.
• Work alongside Research teams by providing customer insights to influence the product and platform roadmap.
• Create and present compelling demonstrations of ElevenAgents and associated AI technologies to prospects and existing users.
• Collaborate daily with the engineering and executive teams of customers to ensure production-level deployment and achieve measurable business benefits.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years customer-facing experience in a technical role is essential, with a preference for enterprise client engagements.
• Proven background in product development, delivery, and managing organizational change.
• Strong commercial acumen including experience negotiating deals, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles in partnership with go-to-market teams.
• Basic Python skills and familiarity with API integrations, enabling prototyping, demos, and effective technical communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with talent for simplifying complex technical concepts and organizing logical solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex and ambiguous projects with a track record of successful delivery.
• Flexibility to adapt and operate across various customer industries, environments, and technical use cases.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of large language models (LLM), AI tooling, and agent frameworks.
• Creativity in mapping enterprise workflows and use cases to AI systems capabilities.

This role is fully remote globally with the option to work from offices located in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, or Warsaw.
