Opportunity Overview
Roshni Aesthetic Dental and Cosmetic Center, located in a prominent hospital building at Mira Road, Mumbai, is seeking a locum dentist with a minimum of two years' experience. The ideal candidate should have confidence and capability to independently perform root canal treatments, including molar cases, and dental extractions. This role requires someone who is proactive, communicates effectively with patients, and is interested in long-term association with the clinic.
Working Hours
Clinic sessions are held daily from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The dentist is expected to handle both morning and evening shifts, hence residing nearby is preferred.
Compensation and Incentives
The remuneration range is INR 14,000 to 30,000 per month. Additionally, beyond a fixed salary, incentives will be provided as a percentage for increases in revenue and patient visits generated by the dentist.

The clinic is known for its professional atmosphere and specializes in cosmetic dentistry, operating within a medical building fully dedicated to doctors.
