About the Company
At our corporate headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover, around 3,000 committed employees work passionately to shape the future of ROSSMANN. Our IT operations encompass nationwide data centers, over 2,000 servers, and a hybrid cloud infrastructure. Here, the core components and applications are maintained to efficiently run ROSSMANN's digital processes. We develop optimal concepts to meet business unit requirements, whether it's connecting branches and logistics centers to headquarters or providing the necessary systems. We also manage the equipment of workstations at the headquarters and various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, advising departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Marketing along with their Business Analysts on potential process improvements and digital transformations via ServiceNow.
- Analyze and assess new requests (demands), examining how they can be effectively implemented through ServiceNow modules or functions.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow as the vendor and its experts to determine the technical and procedural feasibility of complex requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the entire ServiceNow portfolio and actively contribute to the strategic advancement of the platform within the company.
- Prepare qualified requirements and transform them into decision documents within the internal demand and portfolio management process for prioritization and execution.
- Act in a consultative role to ensure the consistent use of platform-centric standards and prevent isolated solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification complemented by several years of professional experience.
- Experience in requirements or demand management, ideally with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst, Inhouse Consultant, or comparable role acting as an interface between business units and IT.
- Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including ITSM and preferably modules such as CSM, HRSD, FSM, or the App Engine.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to comprehend complex business processes and translate them into solution concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to advise departments and confidently moderate workshops.
- A strategic mindset with the capacity to think beyond immediate tasks and identify opportunities for the overall company.
- Experience working with external software vendors is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
