Job Overview

Zepto is seeking dependable and diligent Delivery Riders to join its team across India. This role involves collecting customer orders from designated Zepto stores or dark stores and ensuring timely, safe delivery of groceries and essentials to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup of orders from assigned Zepto locations.
• Ensuring secure and punctual delivery of grocery and daily need items to customers.
• Careful handling of products to avoid damage or leakage.
• Utilizing the Zepto Delivery App and GPS for efficient order management and navigation.
• Collecting payments from customers as applicable.
• Updating order status promptly via the app.
• Adhering to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintaining courteous and professional communication with customers.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Valid driving license.
• Ownership of a bike or scooter.
• Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic understanding of GPS and navigation systems.
• Responsible and punctual demeanor.
• Required identification documents: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

Compensation and Work Details

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000, with additional incentives up to ₹20,000, making the total earning potential as high as ₹90,000 per month. Compensation may vary based on location, hours worked, delivery volume, performance, and company policies. The role supports full-time and flexible working arrangements.
