Compensation Structure

• ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 achievable through high performance and extended hours
• Potential to earn ₹80,000+ with heavy workload and bonuses

To earn ₹40,000 – ₹50,000, an individual typically works 10–12+ hours daily, completes 25–40+ deliveries per day, operates during peak hours (evenings and nights), and works in busy city locations. Earnings depend on order availability, demand, working hours, and operational expenses like fuel, which the delivery person usually covers.
