About the Role

Joining Walmart Canada as a Dairy/Frozen Associate offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail and customer service expertise. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while upholding Walmart's core values and principles. Your main tasks involve maintaining and organizing the dairy and frozen sections, assisting with stock replenishment, and facilitating sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the dairy and frozen departments efficiently.
• Rotate inventory, inspecting and removing expired goods to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and clearly labeled.
• Follow stringent procedures for cold chain management, including calibration of thermometers, temperature monitoring, and proper food handling.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, sanitation, and cleaning guidelines to maintain hygiene.
• Support ordering processes, clearances, pricing adjustments, signage, and product labeling with accuracy.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the area is clean, tidy, and free from debris or hazards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.00 CAD.
