Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking Customer Support Executives to join a leading global company's international voice process in Kochi. This role involves directly handling inbound support calls from customers and employees, delivering timely and accurate solutions with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from customers or employees with professionalism.
• Identify customer issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries accurately while demonstrating empathy.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality customer service experience.
• Adhere to process compliance and maintain quality standards.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and updates.
• Escalate complicated issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduates or higher educational qualifications are eligible.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp customer needs.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
