Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support Coach to assist clients aiming to enter or advance in customer support careers. This position involves instructing essential skills such as issue resolution, troubleshooting, and technical support. Coaches also help clients enhance customer satisfaction techniques and analyze customer feedback. Additionally, coaches introduce clients to emerging technologies like AI fundamentals and automation relevant to customer support roles.
Career Coaching Responsibilities
Beyond technical guidance, coaches provide career development support including resume and LinkedIn profile reviews, cover letter assistance, interview preparation, networking strategies, salary negotiation tactics, and promotion guidance tailored for customer support professionals. Broader skill development is also part of the coaching process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Applicants should have direct experience in customer support roles such as support specialists or technical support engineers, a proven ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction, and a methodical, clear coaching approach encompassing both technical and career growth aspects.
