Overview
PartnerVista is recruiting its first Customer Success Manager to help shape the customer success function as the business scales. The company serves enterprise technology brands with end-to-end partner marketing programs, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. Clients include major names in enterprise tech, and the business is bootstrapped, profitable, and still expanding.
This position blends client strategy with hands-on operational delivery. You will guide customer relationships after the sale through contract renewal, lead onboarding and kickoff conversations, coordinate work across internal teams and outside suppliers, and ensure performance updates are delivered clearly. This is a strong fit for someone who has already worked in customer success and wants the opportunity to build processes and make a function their own in a growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with enterprise technology clients throughout the post-sale lifecycle
- Lead kickoff meetings, define timelines, and establish the operating cadence for each new engagement
- Oversee program delivery and project coordination across content, media, lead generation, and nurture initiatives
- Work closely with external suppliers to keep deliverables on track
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews, including the story, data, and meeting delivery
- Drive renewal planning and take ownership of net retention as a measurable business outcome
- Create and refine the customer success playbook so the function can scale with the company
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management within a B2B environment
- Background managing enterprise-level accounts with annual contract value above $50,000
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prevent missed details
- Comfort interacting with VP- and Director-level leaders at large technology organizations
- Experience coordinating work with vendors or suppliers
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently without relying on an established playbook
- Comfort using AI tools and automation, including proprietary AI systems
Preferred Background
- Experience in an agency, demand generation, or media/marketing services environment
- Exposure to partner marketing programs
- Prior success building customer success processes from the ground up at a smaller company
- Based in Colorado or Florida
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $115,000, plus a semi-annual performance bonus. Total on-target earnings are expected to fall between $120,000 and $130,000.
