Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Customer Success Manager dedicated to partnering with school districts to enhance their English Learner programs and support meaningful outcomes for educators and multilingual students. This role demands building trusted partnerships, guiding successful product implementations, and providing consultative assistance aligned with district objectives. Collaborating closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams, the Customer Success Manager helps districts overcome challenges and sustain long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner by fostering strong relationships and advising district leaders to translate their goals into measurable results.
- Manage multiple district partnerships, supporting best practices, managing change, and enhancing multilingual learner outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams including Product Education, Customer Success, and others to advocate for partner needs and improve experience.
- Drive partner onboarding, implementation, engagement, and facilitate regular account reviews to promote satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze partner health data to identify retention strategies and proactively address challenges.
- Contribute insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape future product development.
Development and Growth Timeline
- Within 1 month: Onboard to Ellevation, understand products and customer landscape, learn Customer Success tools and processes, and shadow meetings.
- Within 3 months: Begin managing full partner caseload, analyze partner engagement metrics, strengthen collaboration with Account Managers, and facilitate partner success through resource connections.
- Within 6 months: Advance proficiency managing multiple partner implementations, refine retention strategies, collaborate internally to enhance support, and participate in account review meetings.
- Within 12 months: Ensure accurate data and high partner experience, support compliance and instructional needs, advise on educational resources, and share partner feedback with internal teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Benefits-eligible employees and their dependents are provided medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
