Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently

- Adhere to quality and productivity benchmarks
- Refer complicated issues to appropriate departments
- Log customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
- Guarantee customer satisfaction with timely problem resolution
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient English communication abilities
- Strong skills in customer interaction and handling
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer operations
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking capacity
- Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts
- Experience in international voice process is advantageous
