Role Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to clients and customers to inquire about claim statuses and gather necessary information.
- Understand client needs by asking insightful questions and actively listening to concerns.
- Address customer queries in a professional manner and deliver well-suited solutions.
- Utilize effective, unscripted probing methods to uncover requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain a confident, professional demeanor in all communications.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and persuasive communication.
- Handle multiple tasks and projects while ensuring accuracy and productivity standards.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to meet shared objectives.
- Adapt to changes in processes, client expectations, and organizational demands.

Candidate Eligibility
- Open to freshers; no previous work experience required.

Work Schedule & Compensation
- US-based fixed night shifts: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Five working days per week with Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Monthly salary range for freshers: ₹17,000 to ₹19,000 in hand.
