Role Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at OpusDNS, you will provide expert and friendly assistance to our customers across the globe via phone, email, and live chat channels. Your responsibilities include addressing queries related to domain registration and management as well as additional company products and services. You will handle and resolve customer concerns independently according to your training and qualifications.

You will collaborate extensively with various internal departments such as engineering, sales, accounting, and development to solve complex customer issues effectively. Advising customers on optimal product and service solutions tailored to their needs and maintaining accurate customer and case records in our CRM system are key parts of your role. You will also actively contribute to enhancing our support processes to continually improve customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• You possess completed commercial or IT-related training or an equivalent certification.
• Customer satisfaction is your paramount concern; you approach interactions with dedication and empathy.
• You have some initial experience in customer service, preferably in IT, hosting, or the domain industry, although motivated career changers are welcome.
• A fundamental technical aptitude and interest in digital products, particularly in domains and internet-related services, are beneficial.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential; additional languages are considered an asset.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and excel in team environments.
• Familiarity with CRM software and typical office productivity tools is advantageous.
