Job Overview
MO Designs Private Limited is seeking a friendly and well-organized CRM Executive to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless, satisfying experience. The candidate will also manage customer data and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client leads are engaged post-order placement and their needs are met.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent after-sales support and soliciting genuine feedback.
- Manage client service processes from order receipt through payment collection, installation, satisfaction verification, and obtaining referrals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support regarding company products and services.
- Serve as the primary contact person for complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Keep the CRM system current with accurate and organized customer data, grouping clients by interests to streamline sales team operations.
- Track leads and conduct timely follow-ups to convert prospects into customers by sharing relevant information.
- Gather customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance satisfaction.
- Generate basic reports on lead and customer interactions and propose data-driven ideas to improve sales and service effectiveness.
- Assist the customer support team in swiftly addressing client issues.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 6 years of experience in CRM, sales, customer support, or client communication, including handling customer calls.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer data management.
- Strong follow-up discipline to ensure ongoing customer engagement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive attitude, presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Polite, patient, composed, and professional demeanor.
