Position Overview

This full-time onsite Crew Member role, located in Kanpur, involves supporting daily store functions such as pizza preparation and assembly according to established brand standards, handling baking equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in both kitchen and customer areas. Responsibilities extend to taking orders, responding to customer queries about the menu, managing billing and packaging, and coordinating deliveries when necessary. Crew Members ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols, assist in inventory monitoring, and help deliver accurate and timely orders. Key qualities include teamwork, a positive mindset, and dedication to a hospitable and efficient customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Capability to perform basic food preparation tasks, follow recipes accurately, and safely operate kitchen machinery.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety standards with upkeep of a clean workspace.
• Effective customer service abilities including clear communication, courteous interaction, and issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate reliably with teammates and adhere to instructions during busy periods.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for order handling, billing, and portion control.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak times.
• Prior experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality is beneficial but not a requirement.
• Completion of high school education or equivalent is preferable; training will be provided on the job.
