Job Overview
We are looking for a Creative Design Specialist focused on performance acquisition to spearhead the design efforts that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. This role entails managing the entire performance creative process for paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google, utilizing both artistic creativity and data-driven insights enhanced by AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design and production of paid media creative assets in various formats such as static images, videos, and user-generated content style advertisements.
- Develop high-impact creatives for acquisition-focused campaigns including ads, landing pages, and sales funnels optimized for click-through and conversion rates.
- Establish and refine frameworks for creative testing, design standards, and workflows to facilitate rapid iteration and volume in performance marketing.
- Partner closely with paid media, analytics, and product teams to ensure creative alignment with key performance indicators like click-through rate, hook rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
- Design user-centric, conversion-optimized landing pages applying best-in-class UI/UX principles to maximize customer acquisition.
- Create innovative concepts and creative strategies to enhance top-of-funnel engagement and reduce acquisition costs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all acquisition-oriented touchpoints while adapting creatives to suit platform-specific formats.
- Offer guidance and constructive feedback to the creative team to uplift overall output and accelerate testing cycles.
- Leverage AI generative models such as GPT-2 and Nano Banana 2 for an AI-first approach to creative production.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Professional background in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX design with at least 2 years experience particularly in email marketing and retention-focused design projects.
- Proficient with design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, paired with practical experience building email templates in Email Service Providers like Klaviyo.
- Solid expertise in responsive email design and UI/UX considerations applicable to landing pages and product collections.
- Experience working within design systems and applying brand guidelines consistently across multiple interaction points.
- Analytical ability to interpret engagement metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion rates to guide iterative design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, data science, and product development.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with the agility to deliver high-quality creative assets within strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and automation technologies to enhance speed and scalability in creative workflows.
