Counter Salesperson

Role Overview

Seeking a dedicated Counter Salesperson to engage with customers, understand their jewelry preferences, and recommend appropriate products. The position demands strong knowledge of jewelry offerings, excellent communication to highlight product advantages, and the ability to support sales objectives effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and suggest matching jewelry pieces.
• Handle routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry features, benefits, and store promotions.
• Actively promote product value aligning with store sales goals.
• Stay informed about new collections and ongoing offers.
• Flexibly adapt to different shift patterns, store needs, and transfers within the retail cluster.
• Ensure punctuality and willingly take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Assist with store operations including receiving deliveries, processing online orders, packaging, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and an appealing visual presentation.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, company policies, and theft prevention measures.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth store functioning.
• Approach customer concerns with sensitivity and exercise sound judgement in resolving issues.

Salary Details

Monthly compensation ranges from 17000 to 30000 INR.
