Counselor for UK and Ireland Admissions

Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Counselor to join our Vizag team, focusing on guiding students through UK and Ireland admissions. This role demands a strong communicator with knowledge of international education, capable of supporting students across the entire study abroad journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students about educational opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
• Assess students’ academic profiles, career plans, budgets, and preferences to recommend fitting universities and courses.
• Ensure students receive precise information on admission criteria, eligibility, scholarships, tuition costs, and visa requirements.
• Support students throughout the application process, including managing documentation and offering SOP guidance.
• Liaise with universities and internal departments to guarantee prompt application submission and follow-ups on offers.
• Advise students on visa applications, financial documentation, and pre-departure preparations.
• Maintain continual communication with candidates via calls, messaging apps, email, and direct counseling sessions.
• Meet monthly targets related to counseling, applications, and enrollments.
• Keep accurate student records updated within the CRM or relevant systems.
• Participate in company-organized seminars, webinars, education fairs, and other promotional events.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with students and their families by providing superior counseling service.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in counseling for UK and Ireland admissions is favored.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage numerous student cases efficiently.
• Strong skills in follow-up and converting prospects into enrollments.
