Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Accurately measure all elements required for cost plan preparation.
• Price individual cost plan items from fundamental principles, involving market engagement as necessary.
• Prepare detailed cost reports to support project decisions.
• Evaluate tender submissions and compile recommendations on contractor selection.
• Assess contractor change variations thoroughly.
• Review contractor payment claims and formulate payment recommendations to the Superintendent.
• Gather and analyze benchmarking and market intelligence data for informed cost management.
• Leverage Turner & Townsend's digital platform, the Hive, to execute all deliverables effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience post-graduation in relevant fields.
• Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or active progress towards membership.
• Familiarity with CostX software is advantageous.
• Comprehensive experience throughout project lifecycles, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract phases.
