Role Summary

The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging, clear, and persuasive text across multiple platforms including websites, email campaigns, blogs, digital advertisements, and print media. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, compliance, and direct marketing objectives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with attention to grammar and precision in delivering copy that converts.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce promotional content such as emails, advertisements, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Develop compelling direct-response copy aimed at driving results.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to analyze relevant data points.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing analytics pertaining to copy effectiveness.
• Perform split testing on advertisements and campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Work jointly with marketing and design teams on digital and print advertising projects.
• Generate lead content and other deliverables by coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• Strategically organize campaigns that resonate with varied target audiences across platforms.
• Conduct research on market trends and audience preferences to ensure copy accuracy and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Edit and refine the work of colleagues to optimize performance of written materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience creating persuasive copy for digital marketing initiatives with a proven record of conversion.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and result-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in tracking and analyzing digital marketing metrics.
• Experienced in managing and scheduling social media content across corporate accounts.
• Comfortable working with Apple/Mac systems.
• Expertise in crafting effective copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, sales funnels, social media posts, articles, and overall marketing collateral.

Additional Information
