Content Creator & Videographer

About the role

Bulk™ is looking for a creative Content Creator & Videographer to help shape the brand’s evolution from a manufacturing-led retailer into a destination brand for active nutrition. The role sits at the intersection of video, photography, and digital storytelling, supporting campaigns across social media, paid media, product launches, website content, and live events.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys moving quickly, adapting to different shoots, and producing content that feels both premium and performance-driven. You’ll work with studio, social, and marketing teams, contribute ideas from concept to delivery, and help bring the Bulk™ visual identity to life for a global fitness audience. The team also expects you to make use of AI-powered creative tools to speed up ideation, improve workflows, and create innovative content.

Key responsibilities

• Film and photograph brand moments such as events, athlete shoots, launches, and internal activations.
• Partner with studio and social colleagues to shape and deliver campaign content.
• Turn around reactive social edits quickly while still keeping a polished, high-quality finish.
• Create product photography and video for social, website product pages, and marketing use.
• Own shoots end to end, including planning, filming, and post-production delivery.
• Use professional camera, lighting, audio, and production gear to produce strong visual output.
• Edit video, grade colour, mix audio, and build motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the wider Adobe suite.
• Stay on top of content trends, creative methods, and platform-specific best practices.
• Contribute fresh ideas that help evolve Bulk™’s visual identity.
• Direct and capture content with athletes, ambassadors, and talent in a way that makes them comfortable on camera.

What the team is looking for

• Proven commercial experience creating both video and photography content.
• Ability to develop ideas creatively, from strategy and planning through to execution.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to support creative production.
• A performance-focused mindset with an understanding of content that drives engagement and conversion.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including video and image editing.
• Confidence using lighting equipment and shooting professionally.
• Experience producing content for social media and e-commerce channels.
• A portfolio showing storytelling ability, technical skill, and careful attention to detail.

Location and working pattern

The role is based at London HQ near Liverpool Street. The working arrangement is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
