Content Coordinator

Job Overview

The Content Coordinator role centers on managing and harmonizing content across CRM channels. This role involves coordinating content delivery, ensuring precise content setup in marketing automation systems, and maintaining high copy quality through writing, translating, validating, and reviewing adaptations across multiple channels.

This position is located onsite in Toronto and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Typical Responsibilities

• Oversee content coordination for CRM channels such as Email, Push notifications, and when relevant, SMS and WhatsApp;
• Manage local social media channels and marketplace content when applicable;
• Set up planned CRM communications within marketing automation tools according to predefined plans and content blocks;
• Coordinate creation and translation of marketing copy, ensuring validity and quality across channels;
• Review and approve content adaptations to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields, or equivalent work experience;
• Highly organized with a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Exceptional linguistic abilities, fluent in English and at least one local language; multilingual abilities are preferred in multi-language markets;
• Proficiency with creative and office software tools;
• At least 3 years of experience in content management, copy editing, and proofreading, preferably within the fashion industry;
• Experience in managing content for various media platforms.

Compensation and Additional Notes

The salary for this position is set at $78,400 per annum. This figure represents a good faith estimate based on market and experience; actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications. The role is salaried and exempt from overtime.
