Role Summary

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for building accurate quantity take-offs, reviewing plans and specifications, obtaining supplier pricing, and preparing competitive bid packages for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This position can be arranged as contract, part-time, or full-time, and may be remote or hybrid depending on experience and availability.

Responsibilities

• Measure and calculate material quantities from architectural drawings.
• Study project drawings, scopes, and technical specifications.
• Request and coordinate pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Assist project management teams during the pre-construction stage.

Qualifications

The right candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing tasks independently while working closely with leadership and project teams before construction begins.

Additional Information

This role is open to contract, part-time, or full-time arrangements. Remote and hybrid work options are available. Experience in flooring or tile projects is considered a strong advantage.
