Job Overview
As a Community Officer, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain relationships with the target community, boost engagement and active participation in various initiatives and programs, and establish a strong network of beneficiaries and partners to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related administrative discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in roles centered on business development efforts, program management, and entrepreneurial projects.
- Solid grasp of entrepreneurship principles and business development concepts.
- Familiarity with operational procedures and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to create comprehensive reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
